Campbell Hall is the newest residence hall at Fordham University’s Rose Hill Campus in the Bronx. Comprised of four 7-story buildings, the combined 175,000 sf structures consist of 118 student suites, capable of accommodating 463 students, each with a private kitchen and bathroom. Campbell Hall is steel-framed and the exterior is comprised of masonry, windows and a curtain wall system, making this Fordham’s first LEED project, with an anticipated Gold certification. Housing primarily upperclassmen, this new addition to Rose Hill is sure to enhance the beauty and accessibility of Fordham’s campus, as well as have a positive influence on the surrounding neighborhoods.
